These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Mangalam Foods, a proprietorship, at F/26, M.I.D.C., Gokul Shirgaon, Kolhapur 416234, Maharashtra, India. FSSAI Lic. No. 11520042000238.

2. Products

Our masalas are made in our own FSSAI-licensed unit in Kolhapur. Ingredients, allergens, net weight and best-before details are printed on every pack; please read the label before use. Our Bhaji Masala contains sesame. Some product images on this website are illustrative, and actual packaging may vary slightly.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel that order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the product is unavailable, the delivery address can't be served, or we suspect fraud.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Use of this website

Please don't misuse this website, try to break its security, or copy our content, images or brand for commercial use without permission. "Mangalam", our labels and designs belong to Mangalam Foods.

7. Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
