Where we ship

We deliver anywhere in India served by our courier partners. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free on orders of ₹399 or more (the Try Pack is not counted, since its delivery is already included). Below ₹399 there is a flat ₹79 delivery charge anywhere in India.

Delivery is always included in the price of our Try Pack (2 or 3 jars), whatever else is in your cart. You will see the exact delivery charge at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched from our unit in Kolhapur within 2 working days of payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

Usually 3 to 5 working days for metro cities and 5 to 8 working days for the rest of India. These are estimates; courier delays, weather or remote PIN codes can add time.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking link by email or SMS.

Payment

We currently accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking).

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after the courier's attempts, we can re-ship it for an extra charge.

Damaged parcels

If the outer box looks damaged or tampered with when it arrives, please take a photo before opening it and follow our Refund and Return Policy.
